Born on the high plains of Yakima

High West Coffee started with a simple conviction: the best coffee shouldn't require a trip into the city. Nestled along Summitview Ext Road, we built a space where Yakima residents can experience specialty-grade coffee and genuinely fresh pastries without leaving their neighborhood.
